AV Requirements

Robert uses his  Dell XPS M1530 laptop when giving presentations. He requires a LCD projector and projection screen. Output from his laptop is via a standard 15 pin D-Type connector that is common to all laptops. If you do not have a data projector available, please let Robert know ahead of time and he can bring a small portable unit. The room should also be out of direct sunlight if a data projector is being used. Depending on the type of presentation he is giving, he may also need to connect his laptop to the room sound system.

Unless the room is large, noisy, or has poor acoustics, a microphone is typically not necessary. If a microphone is required, Robert prefers to have a wireless lapel mic because he tends to walk around the room when making presentations.
